Garage Club of America was founded in 2024, but the idea has been in the works for over 10 years! The project in Montgomery County off Highway 105, has been in development for over 3 years. The project on Highway 105 in Montgomery Texas will house 150 garages with a final build out of over 256,000 sq/ft. It will house a 4000 sq/ft Club House with monthly events including car shows and member only activities.
We here at GCOA are hoping you will come by and see what makes Garage Club of America so special and join us as we create the best Garage Condo Community in the area!
Garage Club of America is the vision of its founder, Jason Huckabay, who has long been an automotive enthusiast and real estate investor. Garage Club of America allows Jason to combine these two passions of autos and real estate. Jason loves the idea of owning real estate that will increase in value, while also providing utility and a community for your passions. Jason first discovered the Luxury Garage Condo Product over 10 years ago. Since then he has developed several Storage/Garage properties in Texas. Garage Club of America will be his largest and most ambitious project yet.
When Jason is not working, he loves driving and working on Jeeps, riding Harley, and driving one of his 911s . His current favorite car is a 1986 Porsche 911 (930) Turbo named EUROTRIP. He purchased the car from a dealer in Oldenzaal. Upon purchasing the car he flew to Europe and drove the car 1600 miles visiting the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, & Italy before dropping the car off to be shipped to Texas.
