Welcome to Garage Club of America, located off Highway 105 in the heart of Montgomery County Texas. GCOA is located less than one mile from Lake Conroe and less than 10 miles from Sam Houston National Forest.
Our Garage Condos come in various sizes to fit the different needs of our Club members. We have garages starting at 1,250 sq/ft and going all the way up to 7,500 sq/ft.
Single
Our Single garage condos come in various sizes with different amenities depending upon their location around the complex. The single starts at 1250 sq/ft and goes up to 1875 sq/ft. All units come fully insulated, with climate control systems, a 14′ tall insulated garage door and a main entrance door, with full utility access including cable, internet, phone, and water. All units come with a built in 500 sq/ft mezzanine (20×25). Specific units come with a second floor exterior balcony.

Our Double garage condos come in various sizes with different amenities depending upon their location around the complex. The Double starts at 3000 sq/ft and goes up to 3750 sq/ft. All units come fully insulated, with climate control systems, two 14′ tall insulated garage doors and two entrance doors, with full utility access including cable, internet, phone, and water. All units come with a built in 1000 sq/ft mezzanine (50×20). Specific units come with a second floor exterior balcony.

Our Pull Through garage condos come in various sizes. The Pull Through starts at 3000 sq/ft and goes up to 3500 sq/ft. All units come with either a 1000 or 1500 sq/ft mezzanine (40×25) or (50×25).

All units come with either a 2000 or 2500 sq/ft mezzanine (40×50) or (50×50).
